I dreamt of becoming a news anchor and kickstarted my emcee journey back in high school through the school’s Elocution Club. I figured being a law graduate would sound impressive in a journalism interview — but life had other plans. While working as a promoter at events, I found myself drawn deeper into the world of live experiences, eventually stepping into the spotlight as a car model.
That’s when it hit me: I'd rather be the one hyping up a crowd than debating in a courtroom. Why chase courtroom drama when you can headline the party? And yes — not to mention, I get to flaunt all the outfits with my supermodel height!
Passion for the Stage
I discovered my passion for the stage at a young age—initially drawn in by the spotlight and the attention. But after 12 years of hosting various events, I've learned that being an emcee is less about the glitz and more about crafting the perfect atmosphere.
My mission is to make guests feel right at home, creating memorable moments that help them strengthen relationships, whether with clients or fellow attendees.
Because who doesn’t love a little connection sprinkled with charm?
So yes, when I’m Sammie, I’m your professional host!
But let’s be honest — I have a rockstar alter ego that comes alive when I’m not on the mic for others.
While I focus on bringing energy and excitement to your event, there’s a whole other side of me that loves to rock out in a Japanese band. It’s this blend of passion and performance that makes every event unforgettable!

I realised the very same tools I use to connect with thousands can empower entrepreneurs, creators, and everyday voices.
That’s why in 2025, I became a HRD Corp Accredited Trainer through the Train the Trainer program.
My goal?
To help like-minded individuals speak with confidence—whether they’re pitching a business idea, leading a team meeting, moderating a panel, or just trying to make an impact at their next gathering.
Because great communication doesn’t just happen on stage — it belongs in every room we walk into.
